recently ordered cushions for two lounge chairs I had just purchased from another company. Unfortunately the web site of the company I purchased the patio set from had the wrong sizing information listed so when I received my cushions they were not the right size. I called Duralife and explained my situation, they gave me a very reasonable quote for having the cushions re-sized (shocking actually) and I now have wonderful well fitting cushions.
