Returning or Exchanging Products

All our products are made to order – your order.

We do not stock any items. Every item is made to your specifications. That means the item will likely not be
suitable for any other customer, at least in the foreseeable future.

We do not inventory or warehouse any products, and we only market our products online. Consequently,
we have no way of reselling products made to your specifications to the widely varying specifications of other
customer requirements.

For this reason, we cannot allow returns except in the following situations:

  • Item not as described
  • Manufacturing defects found
  • Material defects found

These situations are valid through the entire length of the warranty period.

Other exceptional circumstances may apply, to be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

 


 

IF A RETURN IS ALLOWED, IT MUST BE REQUESTED IN WRITING WITH A COPY OF THE ORIGINAL INVOICE.
RETURNS FOR ANY REASON MUST BE PRE-AUTHORIZED AND A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER MUST BE ASSIGNED.

RETURNED ITEMS WILL BE REFUSED BY THE FACTORY IF THEY ARE NOT ACCOMPANIED BY A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER.

IF A RETURN IS AUTHORIZED, A RESTOCKING FEE OF 15-25% (MANUFACTURER DEFINED) WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM ANY REFUND.

RETURN SHIPPING MUST BE PAID BY THE CUSTOMER. ORIGINAL SHIPPING COST WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.

DO NOT RETURN ITEMS TO OUR OFFICE – THEY WILL BE REFUSED.
