Placed order on March 5, this is the date I shipped out the four old slings 2014 I need to be replaced. Estimated tie was 4 weeks it is now over 7 weeks and still no slings. I called and they returned my call saying that they would be shipped out this week. its Thursday and still no slings.
PatioPads Comment: Actually the order was placed on MAY 13, and yes, the factory has a backlog this season and it is taking longer than the usual 4 weeks to fulfill orders for all their customers (including us). This was explained to you during the call. We send out shipping notifications as soon as we get them from the factory. Again, we’re sorry that you’re having to wait longer than expected – we don’t like it either!
