\nCreating a walkway organizes your landscape into easily definable sections. Almost any kind of brick or stone can be used. Overhead trellises can be added with climbing vines intertwined.<\/p>\n

8. Use Time Released Fertilizer<\/strong>
\nThis type of fertilizer is sometimes referred to as slow release nitrogen. Using this method will reduce the chance of overdosing a lawn or garden with too much fertilizer at one time.<\/p>\n

9. Conserve Water<\/strong>
\nLook for plants and flowers that are drought resistant and generally don\u2019t need as much water. Also consider getting a rain barrel. Choose a beautifully decorated barrel that not only serves a practical purpose but looks great as well.<\/p>\n

10. Think Outside the Box<\/strong>
\nBe creative. When it comes to design, there are endless ways to create a beautiful landscape. Landscaping doesn\u2019t mean just plants, flowers, and grass. Be diverse and make use of rocks, birdhouses, and small water fountains.<\/p>\n
