You should apply the stain while the concrete is wet.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>The next step is done before your first coat is dry. You should begin to apply a second coat of concrete stain. Don\u2019t worry if you miss a spot as it will create a cool marbleized effect on the concrete.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Step five they call Swish and Swirl. By gently spraying water from your hose you can use the spray to mix the two stains until they start blending and marbleizing. The water can be used to help form patterns in the concrete. This is great for a stamped concrete floor.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Step Six: When the floor is dry check for areas that have not been covered or lack vibrancy, color or stain. By spraying your stain on a dry cloth you can dab necessary areas to get the desired effect. Once this is completed allow 24 hours to dry.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Step Seven: To prevent any fading you should take time to seal your concrete surface. Apply the sealer with a dry roller. They recommend reapplying sealer each 3-5 years to ensure ultimate potential of your patio or walkway.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>For the final and best step its time to get the grill on your new surface, invite your family and friends, fire up the grill and enjoy your newly created outdoor space.
