Ordering was easy and we got what we expected. Very unhappy w the cost of shipping. We will be looking elsewhere and locally. Paying $20 to ship $100 worth of stuff seems too much.

Sadly the cost of shipping is out of our hands! It may seem too much, but it's usually the size of the box, rather than the weight, that is the culprit. Be assured, the shipping prices come directly from a FedEx live feed, and we do not add any handling fee.

Our second order with you and we are really pleased with both! In both cases, our sizes weren't standard. I appreciated the assistance in being certain we were getting the right-sized cushions, and also, the process that requires you to see a fabric swatch before placing your order to be sure it is what you expected from viewing on-line. We don't have any more cushions to replace at this point, and, we hope these jobs last a long time.......good for us, but bad for our repeat business! We certainly can refer, and will!
