I have a patio set that we bought 10 years ago and have an unusual size cushions. But the chairs are very comfortable. This is the second set I have ordered, as the chairs are on the back porch all the time. I love that you can specify the exact size needed. Even though, I got an email warning me that it would take some time due to the start of spring ordering, the cushions came within a few weeks of ordering. My chairs look great and they are very comfortable. Great Job!

I placed an order to replace my old cushions and I had a large selection of fabric to choose from, which made it difficult for me cause they are all beautiful. And I am so happy with my fabric selection, it is high quality and my new cushions are beautiful and very very well done. You are the best! We love our new cushions. It is great to to be able buy exactly what you want for a change instead of what some buyer ordered for a shop. And the customer service is outstanding. Nancy was a great help to me in ordering what I wanted. And, when one cushion was missing upon receipt of my order, it took one quick call and Terry found the missing cushion and had it shipped to us within two hours. And we our callwas at the end of the day and he worked after hours to do it.

Pasadena has a 1000 great upsides as a socal city but one huge downside...the air quality. What does this have to do with a cushion order?? Well let me just say that anything you buy and put outside for a time will develop a film of dirt on it before the sun hits it. So when picking OUTDOOR cushions I was really disappointed in everything I saw or felt. This set of cushions has surpassed all expectations. I got them custom made to fit and match existing fabric and the fabric protector spray is a MUST purchase. It creates a silicone shield over the fabric and after a couple of applications it literally keeps everything looking really clean and keeps the colors vibrant. The layer of whatever that is that forms on there wipes right off. Highly recommend with purchase...it feels a little weird after the application so let it really dry out and definitely put on a coat every few months for maintenance if you are keeping your cushions out for periods of time. Also the best part of this company was I ordered everything on line...it was incredibly easily and well layed out...I ordered 10 cushions total all different fabrics sizes and everything arrived perfect.
